Vivara is 25 minutes by car from the capital city, Panaji and an hour's drive away from the airport, which has many low-cost flights everyday to metro cities connecting daily to the major international cities. Direct charter flights, operating during the holiday season from October to April, connect Goa to the UK, Germany, Switzerland, etc. Some scheduled international airlines connect Goa to destinations in the Middle East with onward connections to other parts of the world.
The complex is sited away from the touristy areas in a tranquil coconut grove setting in Nagoa, Arpora in north Goa. Designed to ensure that it is as easy to get around as it is quiet and secluded, you are only minutes from the shops, services, restaurants, beaches, etc., and the main roads that lead to Mapusa (15 mins), Panjim (20 mins), Baga beach (6 mins) and Calangute beach (6 mins).
Our developments are located away from the busy areas and yet close to the beaches, shops and services. They do not have potential sources of noise such as main roads, schools or commercial establishments in the vicinity.
