Our villas and apartments are nestled away from the busy areas amidst lush greenery and yet close to the beaches, shops, services and urban amenities. At Vivara, we provide you apartments that are fully equipped and furnished with beds, cupboards, bedside tables, mirrors, etc., TV, air-conditioner in the bedroom. In the first instance all small kitchen equipment, hollow-ware, cutlery, crockery, linen, bed sheets, mattresses and soft furnishings are provided as standard. These are maintained and subsequently replaced by you as and where necessary.
Ask for a detailed list of furniture, equipment and fittings. Lights and bulbs are replaceable at the resident's cost. The Management pays for the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the air-conditioners in the apartments. A few limited covered storage rooms on the terrace levels of each building are available at separate charge on a first-come-first-serve basis. All the top floors have a storage space above the toilets between the toilet ceiling and the roof slab.
